Turbo Tax Advantage 2024

Hi. I purchased TT Advantage (TTA) this year of 2024.  As I need to purchase an additional state, it seems that TTA will (have to) still charge me (1) $45 for the additional state and (2) $20 (discounted from $25) for state efiling?  So, as far as that additional state filing goes, TTA member saves only $5?   I thought TTA member would get a break on that $45 state purchase, but I guess not?  Just to be clear here.  Thank you in advance.
