My husband passed. He had an account with automatic purchase of the TurboTax product. My bank account was charged but I purchased a separate product last year because I was unaware of the automated purchase. How do I access his account without the username and password of TurboTax or his email password? How do I cancel the automated purchase?

To access his account you can try the "Forgot Password" option on the login page using his email. You can also submit an Account Recovery Request if you can't get into his TurboTax account.
To cancel a TurboTax Advantage automatic renewal, sign in to his TurboTax Advantage account, navigate to "Your Product," and select "Remove Product" to stop future charges. However, this must be done before the renewal date. If you were charged, you can request a refund within 60 days of receiving the product. How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?
