Request for Access to Intuit Product History and TurboTax 2024 Personal & Business Desktop
I have recently set up TurboTax 2024 on my new computer. However, when I log into my Intuit account, there is no record of the many decades of Intuit product purchases I have made.
My relationship with Intuit began with QuickBooks. Over the years, I have been a dedicated customer and have also served as a Pro Advisor. Now that I am retired, I have relinquished my Pro Advisor subscription.
Despite having installed TurboTax 2024 Personal & Business Desktop on my new computer, I am unable to access records of my previous purchases through my account. I need assistance to ensure I have access to the Intuit products I have paid for, especially TurboTax 2024 Personal & Business Desktop.

I have Home & Business too. All my prior year programs are listed in my account. I had to download and reinstall 2024 from my account. How did you set up 2024 Home & Business on your new computer without downloading it from your account?

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Thank you for the response. When I use the second link (https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/) I get what I can only describe as an inadequate web page (TurboTax Online 2024) while it says "We're glad you're here!" I am far from a resolution and have no interest in Turbo Tax online at this point. Is there a better link to find all the accounts under my e-mail address?
Thank you
