I started entering my 2023 tax information. Federal tax due display says I owe $14,930,178. State tax owed is $2,470,670. That is way out of wack for my retirement income! Turbo tax is prior years (2020, 2021,2022) did not have this problem.

Sounds like you entered income incorrectly on one of the forms or there is a misplaced decimal point or a comma used instead of decimal point. Go back and review your income entries.
In addition to following the suggestions provided by @DoninGA, check to see that you entered your payments, including estimated payments, correctly in TurboTax, along with your deductions and credits. Also, verify that each income item was entered only one time. Sometimes users manually enter an income item that was also imported.
