Macbook pro Sonoma 14.2.1. Purchased from Amazon 1/7/23, and I know y license number. Downloaded several times with same result. I selected the mac version and drug it to my applications folder. Click to launch from applications folder, but keep getting the same message.

I did call them and they could not help me. Also refused to refund my $70.00. Guess I'll go to Best Buy and get an H&R Block, maybe they have better customer service.
