Turbo Tax 2021 Deluxe Form 1116 Availability

Turbo Tax 2021 Deluxe tells me Form 1116 is still under construction but does not say when it will be available, it just says "Available: 0".

The link provided shows Form 1116 as now available but my Turbo Tax did not seem to update because when I go back through the Federal Return it still indicates the form is under construction and to check back. I only have a $10 foreign tax credit from a 1099-DIV. Do I even need to file a Form 1116?

No, you do not need a Form 1116 to claim a $10 Foreign Tax Credit. You need it if the credit is more than $300 or $600 if you are filing married Filing Jointly.
