Turbo 2016 was purchased online several weeks ago but no confirmation has been received nor has the info for the download. What do I do?

Have you tried checking your downloads page? Follow the steps in the FAQ below to locate your purchased download and install it to your computer:

If this does not work for you and no money was ever withdrawn from the account that you used to pay for the download product, you will need to try to purchase the product again as this would mean that the purchase never went through previously.
