What is the difference between the Turbotax website version and the version sold on the Costco website? There seems to be a huge price difference

Costco sells the "do-it-yourself" desktop download for TurboTax Business. You can also purchase the desktop download of TT Business from TurboTax. Retailers can set their own fees. You need Windows to use the download.

Or you can use "Live" online Assisted or "Live" Full Service TurboTax Business online only. There is not a "do-it-yourself" version of TurboTax online---only the "live" versions.

You might be seeing the prices for the LIVE Assisted or LIVE Full Service Business which is separate from the Desktop installed Business program and only used Online. You can see them here,
