TTax home & business will not install from CD; checked drive, everything works for about 30 seconds, then install quits completely.

Computer: Dell (2 yrs old), Win10 X64, AVG antivirus. tired the forced install (per the web site), tried the "flush" install; same result - runs for about 30 seconds then quits completely and install screen closes. No error message.
