TT2019 Premier. Used to be able to invoke itemized list for a item by right clicking & providing the details to sum. Tried it, didn't work. Can you still do this how?

I see you are in our TurboTax Online software. Is it possible you have worked in our desktop software before? You can right click and provide details to sum in our desktop software. 

Here is details on how to export your file from Online and then open in a desktop version. Be aware that you will need to download and pay for the desktop product.

I verified that I am using the desktop version. The TT app & data files are on my hard drive. Repeated the test on several fields with the same results.

Please try following these steps below. It should lead you to the itemized information.

1. In TurboTax Desktop click on Forms Mode.

2. Open the form and select the line that you want to add supporting details to.

3. From the Edit menu, choose Add Supporting Details (for Mac, the command is Supporting Details).

This was Medical Insurance which is on a worksheet. Your instructions worked fine. when you go back to Step-By-Step & double-click on it it displays the itemized list I created previously. Thanks again you know your stuff!
