TT says our 17-year old daughter who lives with us isn't eligible for child tax credit. IRS disagrees. When will TT fix be ready?

If your daughter was 17 at the end of 2016, you are not eligible to claim the child tax credit for her.  Presumably, she is still your dependent, which will decrease your taxable income by $4050.
