Thanks for trying but these options are not resolving my question.
1) I have done the "e-file status" check and it shows that my return was accepted on Feb 21st. The problem is that I have never received an email from the IRS confirming acceptance nor do they even show receipt of my return.
2) The WMR link and the phone number contained within all lead to the same dead end - we can't find your return.
3) The link for a customer service phone number leads me to [phone number removed]. That leads to a voice response system which will not let me talk to a real person. The computer either tells me it can't understand my request or it parrots back thinks like the e-file status which I already know.
I'm looking for an answer as to why I have not received an email confirmation that my return was accepted when you show it as having been accepted on Feb 21st. I'd really like to know how I can get a hold of a real person not a poorly programmed Voice Response System.
The IRS does not send you an email, that your return has been accepted. TurboTax will send you an email, but only if you entered your email in the section, to indicate you want an email. If you would like another email or for us to check to see why you didn't receive an email, please contact us, Customer support phone number - TurboTax
Once the IRS accepts your return, they do not share further information with TurboTax. You would need to contact the IRS, for further assistance, How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS...
