TT says I cannot efile because Box 14 of my CA W-2 is 2 cents over the limit. Do I need to submit both State and Federal return by mail??? Is there another way around this?

Just reduce the amount in Box 14 of your CA W-2 by 2 cents (or a $1). It won't affect your tax return, and should clear up the issue you are having with the e-file.
