TT promised a 25% discount on Fed return cost if you filed by a specified date, but at checkout, NO DISCOUNT. Has anyone got them to respond?

Yes, many have been helped with that. There were known issues with that discount offer, and I've asked a Moderator familiar with it to review your thread. I'm not sure if it will be this weekend or not.
