TT Online - 2025 1040-X Blank in PDF

Hello,

I'm using TT Online and trying to ammend a 2025 return.  When I get to the end to print the return, it shows 2 blank pages where the 1040-X should be.  I see reports of this on the forum for the desktop software, but not sure what to do with online.

I'd like to review your tax return that is experiencing this issue but will need you to create a copy that doesn't have any of your personal information.  To create this diagnostic file, follow the instructions below to send it to us.

For TurboTax Online:

1. Sign into your TurboTax Online account
2. Scroll down to Tax Tools from the menu ‌ side
3. Select Tools from the dropdown 
4. On the pop-up screen, select Share my file with agent
5. A message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us appears
6. Provide the Token Number that was generated in this thread.

I was able to review a diagnostic file and was able to view and print Form 1040X.

If you are using TurboTax Online. Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer. Hopefully, you will be able to print after this.
