TT isn't giving me the option to NOT file electronically. There is no START button next to Option 3.

If you elected to pay from your refund, you won't be able to file by mail. Follow these steps to switch your filing method. You may need to choose an alternate payment method as well. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713
