I'm trying to efile my state return. After my return is saved, TT is trying to open a new window for me to enter my CC info, but I keep getting the following error:

I've tried since yesterday, same error. Deleted cache and cookies, same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled TT, same error. Need help.

You may need to contact support. Or......just print and mail the state returns and avoid the state e-file fee --- pay for a stamp instead.

"Pay for a stamp instead." Seriously?! Fix your software.
No one in the user forum can "fix the software." Check to make sure the billing address on the card you are using matches the address on your tax return. If that does not help, then call support for their help with this.
