select No on the "Did you or someone ...." , but it still asks me who experienced Biz ID Theft.

I’m not understanding your question.
TurboTax may be asking that question because it created a casualty and theft worksheet that you do not need.
I answered the Did you have ID theft as YES and it asked for my summary. I answered that and then pressed CONTINUE.
That took me to the next page where it asked if I or my spouse had BUSINESS ID Theft.
But the only options were to mark Yes I did or Yes my spouse did.
We did not experience a BUSINESS ID Theft. However if you click on CONTINUE IT says you must answer the question. There is not a "NO" option in the program.
The identity theft that TurboTax is dealing with is theft that results in a financial loss to your business. So that is why the questions it is asking apply to that.
If you are dealing with personal id theft - especially if your social security number has been compromised - then you need to report it to the IRS so that they can protect your tax account and issue you an identity protection PIN.
Here is more information on reporting identity theft.
For now you should go ahead and undo all of the identity theft options that you have entered.
