How do I get to a second account ?

The TurboTax online editions are only for one tax return per account and User ID.

If you created another account with a new User ID, you have to sign onto that account with the exact same User ID and password used when creating the account.

Go to the TurboTax online editions website and create a new account. Select the edition you want to use and Do NOT sign onto the account with your current User ID - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

my return was returned was given til 11/15 to return the return back repaired which is today by 11:59 but your app wont allow me to get into my account to do the repairs
