Trying to import 1099's from Acorns is unsuccessful. I have entered the correct username and password multiple times. Why isn't this working?

Trying to import 1099's from Acorns is unsuccessful. I have entered the correct username and password multiple times. Why isn't this working?
I had a problem importing data from financial institutions and determined that the issue was my VPN. I can import when I am not connected through the VPN, but the import function does not work when I'm on the VPN. Hope that helps.
