Trying to get to the estimated tax payment screen as per the instructions but after selecting the JUMP TO button, it instead takes me to the health insurance screen

Try using these steps:

Go to Federal > Deductions and Credits
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Click Show More
Click Start or Revisit beside Estimated Tax Payments
