OK ... when you log in you will land on the home screen ... SCROLL DOWN and click on ADD A STATE ...

Then click on TAX TOOLS then PRINT CENTER ...

Then click on FEDERAL and download the PDF to get the form 8962 which will be populated if you have already entered the 1095-A.
Did you get a 1095-A and enter it? If the IRS is requesting form 8962 see

See this TurboTax support FAQ for the Form 8962 and the Form 1095-A as requested by the IRS for tax year 2019 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/health-care/help/the-irs-is-requesting-form-8962/01/27409
Thank you for your response. Yes, I received and entered 1095-A. I even have it printed right in front of me. I heard you can complete 8962 with this info, but I don't understand how, or what the boxes mean, or the online IRS instructions, or anything.
Thank you. I already tried the link, but can't follow the instructions because my account doesn't have the listed options, for example "Add a state", "documents", "federal", etc.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
That's the problem. It doesn't take me back to my 2019 return. It gives me the following options: prepare state, your state returns, and state review. None of these options allow me to access my entire completed return and all of the forms.

That appears that you are not signing onto your 2019 tax return with the same User ID you used to create the tax return.
You have to sign onto your 2019 online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the User ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2019 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

Thank you. I followed your instructions, but didn't see any other usernames aside from this one. But when I reset my password, it took me to a page similar to the one I was seeing before. Looking at the step by step instructions in the link you gave me originally, I tried again. It says to start by clicking Tax Home. I did. It took me back to the first page I was seeing. The second step says to click on "Your tax returns documents" section. Mine just says documents, but I clicked it. And it's the same issue: my only option is to upload documents, or download the tax pdf, which is only 2 pages and doesn't have the form I need. I'm so confused!

I appreciate everyone's help and patience. For whatever reason, all those options in the left hand menu weren't showing up. I think it was a problem with my computer, but those visual aids were PERFECT once it started working. I have an easier time with pictures than written instructions due to my learning challenges. Thank you all!
