Trying to file and site keeps telling me to upgrade to deluxe from free edition

You can use TurboTax Free Edition as long as you are filing a 1040EZ or 1040A with the standard deduction. Otherwise, it will prompt you to upgrade to the version that best suits your needs.

TurboTax says I have to upgrade to Deluxe because I have a foreign bank account. I DON'T have a foreign bank account. What can I do? I have started over 10 times.
