Trying to file an extension, the 1099s I efiled for contractors are not calculated so tazes owed are huge, how do I rectify this?

You do not need to be concerned with taxes shown on the extension. You can file a completely different number on your actual return. If you want to make a payment with your extension, you can pay what you want to pay.
