Trying to download .tax unfinished 2018 return When I click the link "Step 1: From your computer download your .tax file" it got http 404. how to download 2018 .tax

The link to access the 2018 tax data file is broken.  This has been reported.  However, probably will not get fixed until sometime on Monday, since TurboTax support is closed on the weekends after tax season has completed.

Note:  Every year, before mid-October, print a copy of your current year tax return and save it as a tax file and pdf, too.  That way you will have it when you need it for school, a loan, next year’s tax return, etc. without going through a lot of aggravation (and expense)  to get it.
