Your computer may be blocking pop-ups. Go to settings on your computer and check to see if the Pop-ups field is set to "Blocked". If so change it to "Allow". Also if you have "Ad Block" as one of your browser extensions click on that and change it to "Allow" You'll need to refresh your browser in both cases, but this is a common problem with browsers these days. If that doesn't help, try changing your default browser to another browser type like Microsoft Edge assuming you are using Chrome, or even Firefox, if you have that installed on your computer.
