I have put mu 1099-MISC on twice and I can't get it off

Try this:

In the top menu, click My Account, then

Tools, then

Delete a Form (within Other Helpful Links)

Select Delete next to any Schedule C or 1099-MISC (and related worksheets)

You may need to re-enter the 1099-MISC after this step
