Trubotax Premier 2019 does not open in the mac Catalina 10.15.3

Hello,

I bought turbotax premier product from Amazon, then downloaded and installed it.When I opened for first time updates were installed.

Now whenever I open the Turbotax, I get " your up-to date", then I get "No tax forms to updates at this time" then I click OK, then screen comes with 4 dots spiraling then never application get opened.

Basically I can't open the application, the dots things is running forever.

BTW I have 2018 copy installed, not sure if that should be removed from the MAC.
