Trouble importing Wells Fargo tax info (for tax year 2023)

Hi all - from searching it seems like this issue comes up every year. All of my accounts except Wells Fargo upload just fine. When I first tried to upload from WF, an error message came up saying to try again later. A couple days later, I got a new error code saying my account was "not eligible" for this. What? Is anyone else experiencing this or knows what the solution might be? I bought the premier version TT precisely so I wouldn't have to manually type in all of my investment info from Wells Fargo specifically, so it's frustrating that this is the one that isn't working. (I saw something from WF about TT potentially not accepting passwords with special characters, so I changed my password but it still didn't work). Sigh.
