Trouble importing from Merrill. They suggested I contact Turbotax

I am having trouble importing Merrill 1099B info. I login to my acct, I see the back & forth data between turbotax and ML, get the message Success-return to turbotax but nothing has imported.  I imported this same info for 2024 return, but not successful this year. How do I contact Tech Support?

I called the ph number 800-446-8848 and sat on hold for a while, but I got an immediate answer from a live person. She said Merrill isn't scheduled to be able to import until 2/26/26

Must have changed because I did it a week ago unless it's just that your consolidated 1099 isn't ready for import yet. I know an absolute ton of people in that situation.
