Trouble accessing my existing rental assets

By selecting Income -> Rental properties and royalties -> edit one of my properties:

Now, if I click the pencil, it should take me to my list of assets for this property.  However, starting a couple of days ago, this seems to have stopped working and clicking the pencil takes me to the following screen instead:

Is this a defect by any chance?  Any workaround?  I really need to get to my list of assets..  Thank you!

The screen you shared looks like you're in the Assets section, and editing the Property as an asset, but showing Computer as the name of the asset.    You may need to go Back to Rentals in the Income section and Revisit and may need to re-enter the property info as an asset.  The first screen should be 'Rentals and Royalty Summary'.  Then when you Edit the property, you should see an Asset Summary. 

If your program is not following the sequence properly, in TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and retry.

Thank you @MarilynG1 for your response.  I tried a new browser with clean cache and got the same behavior.  I do think this is a bug which your engineering team needs to investigate ASAP since I'm stuck at this point.  Thanks again.

This is not a widespread issue, but we can take a look at your 'sanitized' (all personal info removed) return to investigate further.  In the left-side menu, choose Tax Tools > Tools, then 'Share my Tax File With Agent' from the pop-up menu.  Post a screenshot of your Token Number here.  

Also, what were you trying to do in the Rental Asset section?  Change your Rental Asset properties, or add a new asset?

OK thank you, please see below.  I just want to review all my assets one more time before filing, but it seems to always take me to the screen where I add more assets.  I'm positive it had been working until a few days ago..

Thanks for sending your file for review.  I went to Federal > Income > Income Summary.  Then at the Income Topics page,  Rental Properties and Royalties.  The page opens to Your 2025 Rentals and Royalties Summary, which displays three different properties.  I edited the first one, and the next page displays the Rental Categories.  Under 'Assets' I edited, said 'Yes, go to my Asset Summary,  and the page displayed the Asset Summary, containing the house and three 'Appliances' (you might want to edit the description to the actual appliance, like 'refrigerator', etc.) and also the house with the address as you did for the other two properties. 

I went back and edited the second property, went to Assets and edited.  The Asset Summary displayed only the property as an asset.  I went back and edited the third property, and the Asset Summary shows the house, a water heater and a water filter.  I'm posting screenshots the Rental and Royalty Summary and all three 'Asset Summaries'. 

You could try disabling your anti-virus programs before signing into TurboTax Online, or use an incognito browser window to open the program. Let us know if you're still having an issue reviewing your assets for any of these properties.

Right, my problem is that I'm not getting this option, but always getting the asset creation screen instead.

BTW could you please delete the screenshots since they do still contain certain personal info?  Thanks.

Have you tried another browser?  You may want to contact tech support at 1-800-446-8848 to screen share.
