Tried to e-file and wasn't able to do so because of update. Updated Turbo Tax before e-file and now I don't have any info on my saved file. What's happened to the file?

Hello, could you please be more specific? Are you unable to find your TT file, or did the update wipe out your existing data? I've used TT for years and never had my data wiped out by an update. Perhaps check for your file(s) using Windows Explorer. If you can find a .tax2018 file without a beginning tilde (~), that would be the file to open.
