Treat Nonresident Alien or Dual-Status Alien as U.S. Resident

I have gotten this question pop-up just yesterday so apparently TT has still opted not to fix this issue even though I see many many questions and concerns about it on this platform. TT seems to imply that all of us are "accidentally" hitting a button that we shouldn't have. But that is clearly not the case if so many us are having this issue. It is truly scary to see this question pop up given the current political climate and I've noticed that most of the questions are coming from those with hispanic sounding names. Ours is also that case even though we are both citizens. Turbo Tax-PLEASE fix "bug" in your system so that this question does not appear out of nowhere before you even get the list of questions and opt "none of the above".
