Transmitting employee W2 to state - can turbotax do this?

Turbotax was able to transmit employee W2 to SSA, however there is no option for state transmittals. Is this an option with turbotax? I can not seem to use the MA state website to upload as I do not have the correct format. Thanks for any info!

Oh, also still waiting for authentication so I can use the SBO on the SSA website - so I can not create a W2 there.

I am unable to efile a California return. It says that that the efile failed. I need an update to turbotax but when I try to update, it says I have the latest version.
