Transfer last year's return to 2019 TurboTax for Windows

2019 Turbo Tax did not transfer 2018 Tax Return pdf.

I used other tax software last year and TurboTax for Windows can´t import when I try to upload by just following onscreen instructions. Can I get some guidance on how to  type in my information to input my 2018 Tax Return?

You cannot manually enter all the tax data from your 2018 return if it does not import.  You will be able to enter all relevant and necessary information from the prior year as you prepare your return.  See the following for instructions on how to import your prior year return:

This doesn't help me as the link you shared returns me to the instructions that say:  "Navigate to your PDF file, click Open, and follow any onscreen instructions" that it´s where I´m getting an error that doesn't allow me to upload it.

Looking for a solution I saw someone had a similar problem and TurboTax replied under: "If you used other tax software" that In certain situations, the program might not accept a PDF, such as when it's password-protected, a scan of a hard copy rather than an electronic PDF, and certain other cases. If this happens, we'll guide you through typing in your info.

Since that appears to be my chase I was hoping someone can guide me through typing in my info.

I was not sending a link to my return information.  If you look at the link it is to another Question / Message that another did because he was having a similar problem.

I was referring this Message because I believe upload suggestion by TurboTax live agent could work for me, but it was missing the steps. 

Not sure why would you need to see my return for...

Your information is not needed. I believe they were just referring to technical issues, if you need to speak with a TurboTax agent to assist you.
