I have receipt from Turbo Tax about my order (TTWCD205679209).
It says the following:
"Thanks for your payment
Here are the details of your transaction.

It says multiple times that my Electronic Filing is free, but when I actually try to file get the message:

TurboTax Free Edition is an online-only product that supports simple tax returns that can be filed on Form 1040 without any attached schedules.
Simple tax situations covered in TurboTax Free Edition:
Situations not covered in TurboTax Free Edition include:
Do you have any of the above situations on your return that would require TurboTax Deluxe?
TurboTax Deluxe includes the 1040 form with itemized deductions (Schedules 1–6, Schedule A and Schedule C income), along with everything in Free Edition and PLUS.
"Credits, deductions, and income reported on schedules 1–3" applies to our case.
But deductions were calculated when we did the federal returns without informing us that it would exclude us from free filing.
Why did TurboTax send us final receipts for product if we were not eligible.
Also unlike other "situations not covered" schedules 1–3 is not clear for a person who is not a tax professional.
