Transaction Fee

I was charged a $37.18 transaction fee at the end of the process of having my taxes done by TurboTax. I paid using a credit card; TurboTax said the cost for TurboTax Live Premium would be $199 + $64 for federal and state. So, if I paid using a credit card, what is the $37.18 for and how can I avoid it in the future? Thanks!

When using a credit card to pay the taxes owed, there will be a processing and/or transaction fee that was shown when you were entering the credit card information.
