Tools-Tax History (TurboTax Home & Business 2025)-Data not Correct

Using TurboTax Home & Business 2025. When clicking on "Tools" and then "Tax History" the chart/information is not correct. Taxes and Deductions Data are not pulling the correct information.

The problem is the same in Deluxe. It's clearly associating the graph labels with the wrong fields. It's an easy fix. Please get it done.

I just looked at Tools-Tax History in an open test return. In that return, only the Taxable Income bar was incorrect. Since there does appear to be an issue with it, I am reporting the issue for further investigation.

In order for us to further troubleshoot this issue, you can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. 

If you would like to do this, here are the instructions for TurboTax Desktop users:

1. From the black bar at the top of your screen, select Online
2. Click Send Tax File to Agent
3. Click Send on the message that pops up
4. TurboTax will create a "sanitized" copy of your return information with no personal info
5. Post the 7-digit token number here in this thread

Same issue with TurboTax Premier. The Tax History Charts are missing data, and in the case of the current year mis-categorizing data which makes me concerned about the overall accuracy of the return.

In order to investigate this further, we do need to receive a diagnostic copy from you.  As mentioned earlier in the thread, when you obtain the token number, please reply in this thread with the token number so we can assist you.  You can send one to us by following the directions below:

1. Open your return.
2. Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent” *
3. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.  Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized of any personal information.
4. Please provide the Token Number  (including the dash) that was generated and reply with that number in this thread.

The user above (sangr) stated that they had already sent a diagnostic file.  Did you happen to receive it? Honestly, all you need to do, is mockup a simple/dummy return with minimal income data... Go to the "Tools" / "Tax History" option... and you'll clearly see that the application is pulling the data values from incorrect fields.  I mocked up a 2025 file and can see the issue.  Below is a screen shot.  You can see that "Taxes" is greater than "Total Income" and there's no Taxable Income value.  Let me know if you need my mock-up file.

This situation is ridiculous. This should be easy fix. I have tried to post the token number that I received after send the file. But, it keeps showing up as "phone number removed" Is anyone at this company able to fix this?

This history is very important to see how we compare to previous years.

When will it get fixed in home and business version?
