Too little federal income tax withheld
The employer needs to report on the W-2 the taxes that were withheld from the paychecks.
Look at last pay stubs to see if that is reported. If not, first contact the employer that it is incorrect, and if not fixed contact the IRS.
Now, on the other hand, if the amount does match the paychecks and it is not enough withheld, then you need to adjust the W-4 with the employer so more taxes are taken out.
