Today I paid $114.94 for finish filing my 2019 return. And now that I have finished it, now you are trying to get me to pay again before I can file. What is going on ??

Intuit charged my bank account $114.94 today.   What was that for ?

We cannot see your screen or what you did -- but online tax prep for 2019 has been closed for several weeks.  You can no longer use online for a 2019 return.  If you did not finish preparing your 2019 return by the deadline then you need to use downloaded 2019 desktop software to finish it and then print, sign and mail it.  E-filing is closed permanently for 2019 returns.

If you already paid for the online software then you can ask customer support for the download at no additional charge.
