To Whom It May Concern: I am unable to efile my taxes and need to mail in the forms. My CA state return has a DO NOT FILE water mark on it, can I have this corrected?

I am unable to efile and must mail in my returns, I have tried all of the tips to download the files and have no watermark but it does not correct my forms.  Please Advise.

Most CA state tax forms have not been officially approved and released for purposes of filing. Until CA releases them (1/27/17 for most), the draft versions will have a "DO NOT FILE" watermark. 

You can see them and use them in the program to prepare your taxes, but won't be able to file the returns yet.
