To Intuit Directors - Desktop Software will Not Download - no fixes offered

Dear Intuit leadership,

I am trying to complete my business tax return and your desktop software will not download the State return so therefore I cannot do the federal return.  The whole community is discussing this and you have not stepped up to help with a solution. 

@customerservice could not find a solution either. 

The Online filing costs $550, for one return, and that is a 20% discount vs. $190 for 3 returns. I prefer that you find a fix to the desktop software download or sell the CD again.
