Where do I enter health insurance premiums if I am self employed as an independent contractor?

To enter your health insurance premiums as a independent contractor, do the following:

First, get to the Business tab.

Then, on the page entitled Your Business, go to Business Expenses.

Click on the Start button next to Other Common Business Expenses.

Then click on the Start button for Insurance Payment.

Then click on the Start button for Health Insurance Premiums.

NOTE: this deduction will not show up on your Schedule C, but shows up on line 16 on Schedule 1 (1040) as an adjustment to gross income (which is better for you anyway).
