To efile using last years AGI, what if AGI is 6 digits not 5, what order do you enter the 2023 AGI? Say AGI is 123456, do you enter 12345 or 23456?

There is not a limit on the number of digits when entering the 2023 AGI.  You enter the amount of 2023 AGI as shown on your 2023 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 11.

Additionally, you will be asked to enter a 5 digit self-selected e-file PIN for e-filing the 2024 tax return.

The AGI is an amount.  It could be any length.  Are you trying to enter it in the PIN #?  You enter the AGI  on one of the very last steps before you file.   Can you post a screen shot of where you are trying to enter it?
