To do this online, you would need to create three separate TurboTax accounts, and depending upon the forms that are needed for the returns, you may need to pay for the software three times. TurboTax recommends you purchase a CD/Download version of the software as you can create the three returns and only pay once for the software.

jointly will give you a bigger refund or less taxes due. When you file
separately, your tax rate is higher and you won't be able to claim certain deductions and credits only available on a joint return.
