To clarify. My federal extension was approved thru turbotax. So I do not need to mail form 204 for a Arizona extension correct?

Correct, that is if you didn't file for a federal extension.
Arizona (AZ) gives you a 6-month extension to October 15 if you filed an approved federal extension or made an extension payment at AZTaxes.gov. Otherwise, print and mail Form 204 by April 15. If you owe them taxes, submit payment by April 15 to avoid penalties. You can either include a check with Form 204 or pay online at AZTaxes.gov.
