This year we owe taxes and estimated taxes. I opted for electronic payment of my 2017 taxes is my 1st estimated tax payment also deducted automatically by the IRS?
I opted to have my 2017 taxes deducted electronically from my checking account. Will the IRS also automatically take my 1st estimated tax payment from my checking account or do I still need to mail a check to the IRS?

Estimated payments cannot be set up in the TT system ... you can either mail the payment with the estimated payment voucher OR do them online at the IRS site here : https://www.irs.gov/payments
