This message pops up at the last step to finish my return. Sign and file your returns: The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. What can I do to sign and file?

No one can see your information.  You would have to wait to file until the Federal form has been finalized.  See the following information, it has a list of Federal forms and when they are available.
