This means the IRS e-file database has not been updated to show the ITIN was renewed. You won't be able to e-file the return at this time.

The IRS does not publish information on how frequently it updates its e-file database, and may not even do that this close the the April 18 filing deadline.

Your options are to file an extension and try later (up until October 16), or file the return by mail.
