You have SUB CONTRACTORS if you issue 1099-NEC (Non Employee Compensation) not employees. Look for the CONTRACT LABOR option in the expenses list.

I am a single person LLC in Fl. My wife is a part time employee that I compensate with reimbursement of medical insurance and medical copays and medications. What are the requirements and risk of audit with this deduction.
